The Eating Issues Program

The Eating Issues Program provides tools and insights that get you back control  of  food and your life. This program covers seven important subject matters that lie underneath unhealthy eating behaviours. Food is a symptom and not the cause! You will receive one on one coaching sessions, text and email support and weekly questions to hasten and enhance your recovery process.

  1. Let’s Get Motivated! Find what inspires you to action and what is blocking your motivation to create long term healthy habits
  2. What’s Eating you? Identify which people, places and things which trigger your unhealthy behaviour and find more resourceful ways of coping
  3. Facing Feelings: Learn how to handle uncomfortable feelings, triggers and cravings so you don’t have to act out to avoid them.
  4. Self Nurturing Discover how to physically, mentally and emotionally nurture yourself without using food.
  5. Know your limits Feel empowered by identifying your physical, emotional and mental boundaries to enhance your relationship with yourself and others.
  6. Healthy Connections Learn to listen to your body and communicate skillfully  to meet your needs.
  7. Designing your new normal Define compelling goals and develop a greater purpose beyond food and weight issues.
