I have been interested in personal development and psychology since I was 18 years old – curious about the meaning of life and what makes one person happy and successful and another not. I found philosophies, techniques, strategies and tools to live a sane, balanced and emotionally healthy life. At the age of 28 I had to use all the knowledge I had found to recover from an eating disorder and childhood sexual abuse. I continued to use all the wisdom and strategies I had found and my mental and emotional health radically improved.
At the age of 45 I had an unusual burst of courage. I felt it was time to share this wisdom with as many people as possible. Bright Life Coaching was founded, now called Bright Life Coach. I discovered the life coaching style of therapy and conversation provided me with a simple, effective way to empower people towards healthy fulfilling lives. Life coaching is my passion. I love helping people in this way more than anything else in the world.
My mission is to make a positive difference to as many people’s lives as possible. I strive to help people become empowered, self directed and at peace with themselves through mindset management. You can change your life by changing your mind.
